Hidden World

anderson_hiddenworld_33x53

I still like to piece quilts, I try to piece at least a few quilts each year although most of what I make is fused.

“Hidden World” - 33” x 53” was made last year. It is made with what I fondly call “wicked” fabric. I had all these fabrics laying around for months and one day I just started playing with them and “Hidden World” appeared.anderson_hiddenworld_detail

I love the colors and the patterning in the fabric. Sometimes you just have to play.

I love this quilt! The fabric and the junctures you created are great. Thanks for the close-ups of the quilting--very inspiring.

I love your work!! Would love to do a workshop! I have finished two art quilts, have about 4 more to finish. I get stuck, and a bit scared to start new ones! Thanks for the inspiration!
