Yesterday afternoon we had a wonderful clear, sunny day for our opening of Material Ways at the Fine Line in St Charles.
Several of the artist were there, including Laura Wasilowski, Pat Kroth, Stephanie Nordlin, Deborah Fell, and BJ Parady.

If I didn't know better I would think those were paintings hanging on the wall. They are the most beautiful quilts! You are all so very talented! I hope to someday get the chance to see your quilts in person.. they look breathtaking!
What a beautiful art exhibit. Love your quilts. Oh, how I wish I could attend, but as I live in So. Cal. it just doesn't look feasible for me at this time. I hope everyone that attends enjoys this show. I know I would.
