On the Road Again

The Frieda and Laura show is on the road again. Be sure to visit us in our booth – B4- at Festival of Quilts, Birmingham UK. We will be selling hand dyed fabrics, thread, silk, patterns and much more. We are looking forward to listening to all the different accents and trying hard to understand what our customers are saying. :)

I will have a quilt in the show this year.

Jack in the Pulpit. I hope they know what that is, I don’t know if they grow across the pond.

As an American who has lived in the UK for many years, the answer is no - but there is a very similar plant called Lords and Ladies - it has other names, some of which are rude due to the resemblance of the flower to certain anatomical parts of the body...I'll also be going to the FOQ and am really looking forward to it, it is easily the largest quilt show these days...Pippa
