Seriously folks if you are new to dyeing buy Frieda's book. I wish I had used it when I first started dyeing because it is clear and concise and doesn't make you want to run from the building screaming because of too much fussiness. She also doesn't "make" you buy a bunch of expensive unnecessary crap. Try it and I guarantee you will be hooked too.
This is something that I'm going to have to seriously consider doing when I get done with the projects that I've got currently on my "plate". I've only done it once with a group at a friend's house and though my colors started off nice and bright, by the time that I got them all rinsed so that the color stopped bleeding, they were not bright like I wanted them at all. I love how bright yours turn out!
Frieda, may I have your permission to link a post to your dye list?
