It’s a Happy Holiday

Don’t you just love getting out all those ornaments. I mean it is a chore and it takes time, but putting on the Christmas music and unwrapping each one brings back such memories.

Like who was born that year, and what the kids gave you. I just love it.

These are just some of my decorations this year.

I have been collecting Oreforr Ornaments since 1985.

I do like them.

They always look so pretty in the window, they are really too heavy for the tree.

What beautiful ornaments! I've never heard of them before, but they make a lovely display on the windows. Thanks for sharing them!

You're right about the memories as you unwrap the decorations. I've got a ceramic ornament that I made and painted when I was 5 years old, and some that were on my grandparents tree, as well as some that our daughter and one of our granddaughters have made. We even have an angel with a music box base that has always played "Silent Night" out of tune, given to us by my late father for our first Christmas as a married couple.

I'll bet they refract the light into pretty little rainbows all over your house on sunny days. Niiice!
Hugs!
