This is my way of saying thank you for a great year of blogging and for an even better year in 2013.

Blog Hop Party
What do you have to do?

1) Leave one comment only telling me which New Year's Resolution you kept this year? If you didn't keep one, which one do you'd wish you kept?

2) Join my blog as a follower, by clicking on the link at the top right that says "join this site"

One of my New Year Resolutions was to change my needle for every new project I started...a very practical resolution and one that was very easy to keep. I  did manage to stick to that resolution, mostly...and there were no guilt trips if I didn't do it straightaway.

I'm looking forward to reading your stories!

2) That's it...no more tricks or finagling...

Comments close on December 17, ( I’ll be headed to Florida for Christmas soon after that) I will draw one lucky winners name from the group.

I will ship out your prize on December 18th, you might even have time to make one of the Wall hangings and get it on the wall by the 25th for that special day or to give as a gift!!

Thanks for taking a walk in the woods with me all year long...

I hope you will tell your friends about the hop and all you new readers I hope you will take a moment to go to the top of this post and click the “Join this site” button.

Happy Quilting

Yes, I would work on the wall hanging before Christmas!!!

I did not make any resolutions, non to not keep but I did stay on my diet. That is a really good thing!!!!

I'm going to try to make some SMALLER quilting projects, instead of those large quilts that took up all of my time last year.

Looks like a fun assortment! Would enjoy trying the pattern and using the hand dyes!

I would love to win your giveaway especially at this time of year. I don't make resolutions as I know I never keep them. Love your work and wish you a good Christmas

Deb said...

I made a resolution to clean my sewing room after each project was completed, and I really wish that one had worked out better.
There's always next year.
Thanks for the giveaway!

My last year's resolution was to make my borders more interesting, not just sew on plain fabric - for the most part I have done this - pieced borders, extending the pattern into the border and so on.

Love your giveaway!!!! I made a resolution to ENJOY my quilting as a hobby is meant to be enjoyed, instead of letting myself get stressed out by my own imposed "deadlines" etc. For the most part I have accomplished that and enjoyed my year tremendously!!! This year I plan to FOCUS more on only doing those projects that really speak to me instead of splintering myself up into so many projects I don't even know what I'm doing next :*D

Suztats said...

My resolution was to focus on stitch work this year, and I signed up for CQJP 2012, and TAST to keep me on track. So far, so good!
Thanks for the opportunity to win some goodies! I've been good!

DuAnne said...

Merry Christmas to all! I never seriously make any resolutions because I never keep them! If I did keep one it would be to go to the gym no less than twice a week! Thanks for the opportunity to win!

Cheryl Gebhart said...

I've never been a resolution-maker, so there are none to keep (or fail to keep). But a few years ago, after searching for something in my sewing room, I discovered WAY too many UFO's, and I resolved to finish some of them before starting a new project. I did finish many of them. But now I think I need to make that resolution again!

I would love to win your giveaway!

Chris Chambers said...

My resolutions last year were to try and get more exercise and finish some of my UFO's. I was only moderately successful--so those will be my resolutions again this year! Thanks for the giveaway and have a happy Holiday!!

Cassandra said...

Beautiful fabric! My husband and I made a resolution to get out of credit card debt and to stay out of it. We paid off our last credit card in late spring and haven't used one since! It's liberating not to have the extra monthly payments. :)

judi said...

As far as resolutions go, I failed. But there is always next year. One of my resolutions was to enjoy making things in my sewing room. Didn't start anything fun, but did finish a couple of ufo's, so perhaps after the holidays I will be able to enjoy creating something new and fun!

I will spend at least 1 hour each day on patchwork, quilt and my sewing machine. I have not made New Year's wish before, but now it must be tested.
Good trip and Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones - thanks for the great giveaway.

I didn't really make a resolution...never do. But My goals for the year were to have work accepted into an art gallery and have work published. 12 of my paintings were in a gallery this year and 1 of my quilts was published in a quilting magazine. Setting bigger goals this year! :)

Thank you for your beautiful designs and fabrics - so inspirational!
