For the past three weeks I have been quilting these three panels. They will make their premier appearance at a show at the American Quilt Museum next month.
Prairie Grass 32” x 75”
artist hand dyed silk/cotton and cotton fabric.
Close up of quilting.
It is a shame the color is a bit washed out. They are more “luminous” in person.

Must be overcast where you are too huh? I love how you chose to quilt this. It is so "crisp" looking. I have tucked your 505 tip away for future reference. This
Beautiful, as usual! You know - I have pictures of every quilt you've entered in the Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival for as long as I've been in Virginia (15 years!)....Every year I look specifically for your work! It's like you went into my head and put it to fabric. I love the saturated colors and the simplicity of your style. They speak to me!! :o)
Thanks Joy, your words made my day.
I will try harder to enter that show next year.
