While we were in Houston, between Market and Festival, Laura and I took the day to go to the Houston
Center for Contemporary Craft. We enjoyed a wonderful small quilt exhibit,
Unifing Threads, Art Quilts by
Beyond Borders, which I will post tomorrow and we meet Kim Ritter a fellow SAQA member and wonderful fiber artist. She is doing an artist in
residence program there while working on repairing her home in Galveston.
