Summer is the best time.
You know that hummingbird is laughing at George don't you? The bird is saying, "Oh that dog! What a character!"
Good one, Laura! But I don't think that George cares. He's just clowning around, looking to grab your attention away from that hummingbird.
I think he's 'laying down on the job' of watching for hummingbirds!
